What's an Illumina?

It's simply a 42-day project window - the perfect timeframe to establish a habit or complete a focused project. Each Illumina runs for exactly 6 weeks, giving you enough time to see meaningful progress without overwhelming commitment. The name comes from the natural rhythm of the moon's phases that inspired this timeframe.
